The welding process is complex. Soldering/replacing chips should be operated by skilled engineers.

Due to the fragility of the bga chip, complex structure, and numerous solder balls, a slight improper positioning, careless temperature control, and incomplete cleaning of the PCB board will result in insufficient solder or missing solder. The chip will die as a result.

BGA chips are easily damaged by improper soldering. Before buying, you should consider three things:
